Use extreme caution. Ensure all devices are charged now. NEVER use a gas stove or oven to heat your home if the power goes out, and stay away from any downed lines.
🛑 Stay Put: Additional travel only hinders rescue and clearing efforts. Plowing is highly dangerous and will take a substantial amount of time—please be patient.
⚡ Lightning & Thunder: This system has been accompanied by “thundersnow,” making the storm even more unpredictable and hazardous.
💪 Clear Snow Safely: If you are out clearing, take frequent breaks. This is heavy snow mixed with ice; do not overexert yourself.
