Update on Power Outage

Additionally, here is some clarification:

I would like to clarify a section of the letter that was posted this morning referencing Jackson Electric, specifically, “Despite the reluctance from Jackson Electric to provide further aid…”:

The reason there was no additional aid provided by Jackson Electric is because a previous long-term mutual aid agreement was terminated by them in 2024. Attached is the letter notifying the Village of the termination in 2023, effective in 2024.
