Our crews are out working, but the conditions have reached a critical point:
🚜 Equipment Stalled: The snow is so deep and heavy that even our largest machinery and plows are getting stuck multiple times over attempting to clear Village roads.
🚗 Roadblocks: We are finding vehicles abandoned or stuck in the middle of roadways. This makes it impossible for plows to pass, creates a massive safety hazard for emergency vehicles, and is causing clearing efforts to take significantly longer.
🛑 Hazardous Driving: Every car that attempts to go out right now is a potential rescue mission that pulls resources away from clearing the roads and other true emergencies.
Unless it is a life-safety emergency, do not drive. You are not only risking getting stranded but actively preventing the roads from being cleared for everyone else.
